As our employee, you will represent Harmon Personnel when you are placed on a temporary assignment with our client. Assignments will vary according to the client's needs; some placements may last half a day, others a week or even months. Your hourly wage will also vary according to the specific job you do. Plus, Harmon employees receive customary fringe benefits, including paid holidays and vacations, and group health insurance.

On the day of your appointment, plan to spend about 1.5 hours to complete the full registration and bring one ID from this list or two IDs from this list. When we offer you an assignment, you may accept or decline the offer as you wish. The choice is yours. Most of our customers are seeking permanent employees in the long-run, and, therefore, will want to interview candidates in person before selecting someone to fill the assignment.
