I’m interested in registering with Harmon – how do I apply online?

Simply fill out our online form and a Harmon Staffing Specialist will contact you to schedule an intake interview.

Do I have to apply multiple times to be considered for multiple job openings?

No. It is not necessary to apply multiple times. After we’ve received your application and conducted the initial interview, we’ll match you with all applicable openings—we do all the work for you! We do ask, however, that those employees not currently on assignment check in with us every other week.

Do you place non-U.S. citizens in temporary assignments?

Yes, provided the person has a valid Social Security number and can provide the appropriate documentation to complete Form I-9, which we will use to establish both identity and employment eligibility within the United States.

Do I have to pay Harmon Personnel Services?

No. All of Harmon’s recruiting, staffing, and placement services are FREE for the job seeker!

As a Harmon employee, am I eligible for benefits?

Harmon employees are eligible for 20 hours of vacation pay for every 1,000 hours worked.

After completing 480 hours of work, when you’re on assignment during the week in which the holiday falls, Harmon employees receive holiday pay for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

When I’m not on assignment, do I need to check in with a Harmon Staffing Specialist?

Yes. We do ask that those employees not currently on assignment check in with us every other week.

When is my timesheet due, and how do I submit it?

Timecards are due by 6:00 p.m. on the Sunday following the completion of our workweek (Sunday-Saturday) and must be signed by the on-site supervisor prior to being turned in. Employees may drop off their timesheets to the Harmon Office, Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., and any time after the last day of their scheduled workweek.

If you choose to drop off your timesheet after hours, you may put it in the Harmon lock box (located to the right of the Harmon Office door).

If you choose to fax or email your timesheet, please call a Harmon Staffing Specialist to confirm that it was received on our end.

How often are paychecks issued, and how/when are they delivered?

Paychecks are available every Thursday between 8:00 a.m.-4:45 p.m. If you do not pick up your paycheck before Thursday at 4:45 p.m., we will mail it to your home address.

You can authorize someone else to pick up your check with us, but we will require photo ID of the person picking up your check or it will not be released.

We also offer direct deposit and a no-fee paycard program.
